How long does it take to ship my order out?
All orders are shipped the same day as long as it is before 3pm est (mon-Fri). Any orders after 3pm est will be shipped out the following business day
Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is located in New York where we pack and ship everything inhouse the same business day before 3pm est.
I currently live in New Zealand and would like my order shipped to my location, do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunatley, we currently ship to all 48 states within the U.S. We are currently not shipping internationally
Do you provide tracking numbers when shipping?
Absolutely! All of our shipments come with a tracking number that can be used to track your packages online via UPS.com

There is a flat fee of $4.99 on all orders placed on our website. We offer free shipping on orders over $49 in total

What is your return policy on orders placed?
We offer returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of the order date. If you have an issue or dont want your order just contact us and we will help you as best as we can
How long does returns take to process once you receive it?
All retruns that are sent back to our warehouse cn take 3-5 businss days to process. An email will be sent upon completetion of the return
